Because we've continued to give it deeper intelligence, connect it to more data, and build increasingly advanced agents, the AI Assistant needs a broader, more expansive canvas to unlock its full potential.

- A dedicated notifications panel that centralizes all your notifications and communications for enhanced visibility of time-sensitive or critical updates.
- Enhanced UX with personalization and branding flourishes that create more moments of delight. Customers can customize their URL and AI Assistant name & avatar image.
- [Coming soon] We’ll continue to roll out additional features and enhancements to the Assistant on the web. Here’s a sneak peak of some near-term roadmap features to look forward to beyond this initial release:
- Source Selector allows users to refine a search to specified systems, giving employees more control of searches that allow them to get more relevant responses back from the AI Assistant.
- GPT Assistant enables enterprise-secure access to foundation models like GPT-5 for external research, troubleshooting, and content generation — extending access to world knowledge in a safe, compliant manner.
